Postnatal care refers to the support services provided by professionals, such as doctors and midwives, to help maintain the physical and mental health of both the mother and baby. At Tokyo Birth Clinic, alongside delicious meals, we offer you time to relax through medical care and beauty treatments provided by specialized staff.

Because our center is affiliated with a medical institution, we can uniquely deliver “Medical + Beauty + Dining” all in one place, focusing not only on the “recovery of body and mind” but also on “regaining your own sense of self.”

The term “One-Stop” refers to a system or setup where all necessary procedures and services can be completed in a single location.

Types of Postnatal Care

We offer two types of care plans, allowing you to choose one that suits your lifestyle and recovery pace: Day-Use and Stay-Over.

Day-Use Plan

This plan allows you to come from home. You can gradually adjust to life with your baby while taking time to relax, with beauty treatments, meals, and medical support to help balance body and mind.

Who Is Eligible to Use the Postnatal Care

Not only mothers who gave birth at Tokyo Birth Clinic, but also those who gave birth at other hospitals or returned from “satogaeri” (return) births can use the service. We offer postnatal care tailored to meet a wide range of lifestyles and needs, so please don’t hesitate to consult with us.

If you are using the service together with your baby, babies up to 3 months old are accepted. Please note this in advance.

Family Accommodation is Possible

Family accommodation is possible if you wish. We provide a secure environment where you can receive care while comfortably spending time with your husband or children.

Because our center is affiliated with a medical institution, we can uniquely deliver “Medical Support,” “Beauty Treatments,” and “Dining”—everything you need—all in one place. Because our postnatal care center is affiliated with a medical institution, we can provide comprehensive responses to concerns—from breastfeeding and childcare to physical health issues. Midwives and physicians are on site, offering examinations and advice as needed. In addition, beauty professionals are stationed in the center, offering services such as postpartum care esthetics, baby massage, head spa, hair treatment, and nail care. We sincerely support mothers’ wishes to “stay beautiful” after childbirth. The chef’s specialty dishes are served during your stay as part of the meals.

A woman’s body after the monumental event of childbirth is more delicate than often assumed, requiring time and careful attention for recovery.
