What to Expect
1. Complimentary Shuttle Service
If you make a reservation in advance, you can use our complimentary shuttle service to our clinic from the nearest stations (Meguro Station or Gotanda Station). Please note that the shuttle service is available only on Tuesdays and Fridays.
2. Check-In
Upon arrival, please check in with your consultation ticket.
We utilize a digital consultation ticket system. There is no need for you to bring a physical consultation card.
3. Waiting Area
Please wait for your call in the first-floor outpatient area or in the second-floor CAFÉ or Theater/Gym Room. In the CAFÉ, you can enjoy beverages, freshly baked bread by our in-house baker, and sweets made by our patissier. A notification will be sent to your smartphone when it is your turn, allowing you to wait outside the clinic if you prefer.
4. Consultation
When it is your turn, please proceed to the consultation room.
5. Book Your Next Visit
After your first consultation, you may book your next outpatient appointment at the dedicated terminals in the clinic. You can also book your next appointment on your smartphone at a later time.
Once you book your next visit, you may reschedule the date and time at any point, provided there is availability in the appointment slots.
6. Payment
We accept cash, major credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, VISA, MasterCard, and JCB), and QUICPay.
Additionally, we offer a Smart Payment option that lets you leave the clinic without waiting for billing.
7. Shuttle Service back to the Station
If you make a reservation in advance, you can use our complimentary shuttle service to travel from our clinic to the nearest stations (Meguro Station or Gotanda Station). Have a safe journey back.

- Our clinic is conveniently located near three stations: Meguro, Shirokanedai, and Gotanda.
- Our nearest stations provide access to six train lines: the Toei Mita Line and Asakusa Line, the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, the JR Yamanote Line, the Tokyu Meguro Line, and the Ikegami Line.
- Our clinic is served by four nearby bus stops: Meguro Station-mae, Meguro Station East Exit, Kamiosaki, and Gotanda Station-mae.
- If you make a reservation in advance, you may use our complimentary shuttle service from the nearest stations (Meguro Station or Gotanda Station) to the Tokyo Birth Clinic.
The shuttle service is available only on Tuesdays and Fridays.
