Please bring the following items to your appointment:
- Maternal and Child Health Handbook (if available)
- Digital Consultation Ticket: Obtainable via our smartphone app
- My Number Card (or Health Insurance Card)
Clinic Flow for Returning Patients
1. Free Shuttle Service
If you have a reservation, you can use our complimentary shuttle service from the nearest stations (Meguro Station or Gotanda Station) to the clinic. Please note that the shuttle service is available only on Tuesdays and Fridays. Advance reservation is required.
2. Check-In
Upon arrival, please present your digital consultation ticket for check-in. There is no need to bring a physical consultation card.

3. Waiting Area
After check-in, you can wait in our comfortable waiting areas. We have a café, theater/gym room, and outdoor garden area. You will receive a notification on your smartphone when it’s your turn, allowing you to wait elsewhere if you prefer.
4. Consultation
When your name is called, proceed to the consultation room for your appointment.
5. Next Appointment Booking
After your consultation, you can book your next appointment using our in-clinic terminals or through our online reservation system.
6. Payment
We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, VISA, MasterCard, JCB), and QUICPay.
Additionally, we offer a Smart Payment option, allowing you to leave the clinic without waiting for billing.
7. Return Shuttle Service
If you have a reservation, you can use our complimentary shuttle service to return to the nearest stations (Shirokanedai Station, Meguro Station, Gotanda Station). Please note that the return shuttle service is available only on the day of your visit, and availability may vary.

当院では、診察後のお会計を待たずにご帰宅いただける「スマート決済」を導入しております。アプリ内のデジタル診察券にクレジットカードを事前登録していただくことで、ご利用いただけます。

診察が終わり次第、そのままご帰宅可能。お子さま連れやお急ぎの方にもおすすめです。
アプリで完結
お支払いは、事前に登録したクレジットカードから自動決済されます。現金も、窓口での手続きも不要です。

公共交通機関でのご来院
- 当院の最寄駅は目黒駅・白金台駅・五反田駅の3駅ございます。
- 最寄駅までの電車の路線は、都営地下鉄 三田線/浅草線、東京メトロ 南北線、JR 山手線、東急電鉄 目黒線/池上線の6つの路線がございます。
- 最寄りのバス停は、目黒駅前、目黒駅東口、上大崎、五反田駅前の4か所です。
- 事前にご予約いただくと、当院の最寄駅（目黒駅・五反田駅）から東京バースクリニックまで、ハイヤーによる無料送迎サービスをご利用いただけます。
送迎サービスは、火曜日と金曜日のみご利用いただけます。

We offer free parking during outpatient hours. Our clinic provides flat parking spaces that are suitable for SUVs and heavy luxury cars. The parking lot is connected to the clinic via a pleasant walkway lined with beautiful plants.
Please note that parking fees apply outside of outpatient hours.
