Painless delivery is a non-covered medical service, so the painless delivery fee is charged separately from the standard delivery fee. Our clinic is an eligible medical institution for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s subsidy program for painless delivery costs. Those who meet the requirements are eligible for a subsidy of up to 100,000 yen. Details will be provided during consultation or at the reception desk.

All rooms are private, equipped with floor heating, and available for visiting 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with no limit on the number of visitors.

Reservations and Deposits
To ensure safe delivery at our facility, the clinic participates in the national direct payment system.
The final settlement will be the amount remaining after subtracting the National Childbirth and Childcare Lump-Sum Grant (500,000 yen) and the Reservation and Deposit Fees listed below.

Payment Timing
Reservations and deposits are non-refundable. Please note that a refund may only be issued if the clinic determines there are unavoidable circumstances, such as medical reasons.
Reservation
The Delivery Reservation Fee must be paid by 11 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy, when the estimated delivery date is confirmed. Please be aware that if the Delivery Reservation Fee is unpaid, the delivery reservation cannot be completed, even for patients who regularly visit our clinic.
Deposit
Patients who undergo Fetal Dock (Fetal Ultrasound Examination) at our clinic and are deemed eligible for delivery here must pay the Delivery Deposit by 30 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy.
Epidural Delivery Reservation
Patients desiring a painless delivery (epidural) are required to pay the Epidural Delivery Reservation Fee by 34 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy.
Patients desiring a Painless Delivery (Epidural) are required to attend the Painless Delivery Class organized by our clinic at 34 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy to deepen their understanding of painless delivery and ensure a safe delivery.
