What to Bring with You

Please bring the following items to your first appointment:

  • My Number Card (MyNa Health Insurance Card) or Health Insurance Card
  • Referral letter from another clinic (If available)
  • Medication record book (O-Kusuri Techo) (If available)

What to Expect

1. Complimentary Shuttle Service

If you make a reservation in advance, you can use our complimentary shuttle service to our clinic from the nearest stations (Meguro Station or Gotanda Station). Please feel free to inquire about availability.


2. Check-In

Upon arrival, please present your My Number Card (MyNa Health Insurance Card) or Health Insurance Card at the reception desk. If you have a referral letter from another clinic or a medication record book, please present them at your first consultation.


3. Waiting Area

Please wait for your call in the first-floor outpatient area or in the second-floor CAFÉ or Theater/Gym Room. In the CAFÉ, you can enjoy beverages, freshly baked bread by our in-house baker, and sweets made by our patissier. A notification will be sent to your smartphone when it is your turn, allowing you to wait outside the clinic if you prefer.


4. Consultation

When your name is called, please proceed to the consultation room.


5. Book Your Next Visit

After your first consultation, you may book your next outpatient appointment at the dedicated terminals in the clinic. You can also book your next appointment on your smartphone at a later time.

Once you book your next visit, you may reschedule the date and time at any point, provided there is availability in the appointment slots.


6. Payment

We accept cash, major credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, VISA, MasterCard, and JCB), and QUICPay.

Additionally, we offer a Smart Payment option that lets you leave the clinic without waiting for billing.


7. Shuttle Service back to the Station

If you make a reservation on the day of your visit, you may use our complimentary shuttle service to travel from our clinic to the nearest stations (Meguro Station or Gotanda Station). Have a safe journey back. We sincerely look forward to your next visit.

Reservations for the return shuttle service can be made at the clinic on the day of your outpatient visit. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to the shuttle service’s reservation status. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our clinic uses “Smart Payment,” which lets you leave without waiting to complete billing after your consultation. You can use this service by pre-registering your credit card within the digital consultation ticket on our app.

Once your consultation is finished, you are free to go home immediately. This is also recommended for those with children or anyone in a hurry.

Payment will be processed automatically using the pre-registered credit card. There is no need for cash or any manual processing at the reception desk.

  • Our clinic is conveniently located near three stations: Meguro, Shirokanedai, and Gotanda.
  • Our nearest stations provide access to six train lines: the Toei Mita Line and Asakusa Line, the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, the JR Yamanote Line, and the Tokyu Meguro Line and Ikegami Line.
  • Our clinic is served by four nearby bus stops: Meguro Station-mae, Meguro Station East Exit, Kamiosaki, and Gotanda Station-mae.
  • If you make a reservation in advance, you may use our complimentary shuttle service from the nearest stations (Meguro Station or Gotanda Station) to the Tokyo Birth Clinic.

A reservation is required for our complimentary shuttle service. Patients who wish to use this service are welcome to contact us to book.

An Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic with Rare On-Site Parking in Tokyo — Featuring Dedicated Flat Parking Spaces —
Our clinic features flat parking spaces that can accommodate SUVs and heavy luxury foreign cars. You can park with peace of mind, whether you are visiting for an outpatient appointment, or coming for admission or discharge. The entrance on the parking lot side faces a garden. Please use the pleasant pathway lined with beautiful grass and flowers.
