How to Make an Appointment
- Reservation Required: A reservation is necessary for your first consultation. Please use our online reservation system or contact us by phone at 03-6450-3850.
- Digital Pre-Consultation Form: Upon making a reservation, you will be asked to complete a digital pre-consultation form. This helps us prepare for your visit and provides a more efficient consultation.

What to Bring
Please bring the following items to your first appointment:
- My Number Card (My Number Health Insurance Card) or Health Insurance Card
- Referral Letter: If you have been referred from another clinic or hospital.
- Medication Notebook: If you are currently taking any medications.
Clinic Flow for First-Time Patients
1. Free Shuttle Service
If you have a reservation, you can use our complimentary shuttle service from the nearest stations (Meguro Station or Gotanda Station) to the clinic. Please note that the shuttle service is available only on Tuesdays and Fridays. Advance reservation is required.
2. Reception
Upon arrival, please present your My Number Card (or Health Insurance Card) at the reception. If you have a referral letter or medication notebook, please present them as well.
3. Waiting Area
After registration, you can wait in our comfortable waiting areas. We have a café, theater/gym room, and outdoor garden area. You will receive a notification on your smartphone when it’s your turn, allowing you to wait elsewhere if you prefer.
4. Consultation
When your name is called, proceed to the consultation room for your appointment.
5. Next Appointment Booking
After your consultation, you can book your next appointment using our in-clinic terminals or through our online reservation system.
6. Payment
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, VISA, MasterCard, JCB), and QUICPay. Additionally, we offer a “Smart Payment” option, allowing you to leave the clinic without waiting for billing.
当院は上記支払い方法以外に、スマート決済も導入しております。外来診察終了後、お会計を待たずにご帰宅いただけます。
7. Return Shuttle Service
If you have a reservation, you can use our complimentary shuttle service to return to the nearest stations (Meguro Station or Gotanda Station). Please note that the return shuttle service is available only on the day of your visit and availability may vary.

Parking
An Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic with Rare On-Site Parking in Tokyo — Featuring Dedicated Flat Parking Spaces —
Tokyo Birth Clinic is one of the few obstetrics and gynecology clinics in Tokyo with its own parking lot. We provide free parking during outpatient hours for our patients. The parking lot is flat and can accommodate SUVs and heavy luxury cars. The entrance leads to a pleasant walkway lined with beautiful plants.
(Please note that parking fees apply outside of outpatient hours. Parking is limited. If the parking lot is full, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please use a nearby parking lot.)
