Admission Procedure

When to Be Admitted

For Planned Delivery

Please plan to be admitted by 4:00 PM the day before the scheduled delivery date or by 8:00 AM on the day of delivery. Whether you are accepted the day before or on the day itself will be finalized during your most recent doctor’s consultation.

For Admission After Labor Begins

If you feel that labor has begun, please call the clinic first. Our medical staff will advise you on the appropriate time to come to the clinic. The time taken from the start of labor to delivery differs between first-time mothers (primiparas) and experienced mothers (multiparas). As a guideline, we typically ask first-time mothers to come when contractions are once every 10 minutes, and experienced mothers when contractions are once every 15 minutes. Please note that these are only guidelines.

Length of Stay

Patients with a standard delivery progression will be discharged on the fourth day after childbirth.

Postnatal Esthetic Services

By providing appropriate postnatal care, you can improve your physical condition and prevent or alleviate issues such as fatigue, back pain, and changes in body shape. Our clinic offers comprehensive postnatal esthetic care administered by specialized therapists certified in postpartum esthetic treatment, including work focused on the pelvis. Through comfortable treatment, we gently align the pelvic area, soothe postpartum fatigue, and restore your mind-body balance. We invite you to take a moment for yourself—a time to take a deep, peaceful breath.

Rebalance Course (90 minutes)

This is a comprehensive, full-body massage that covers you from head to pelvis and down to your toes. It is a tailored, custom-made treatment that focuses intensively on the area of your body you identified as most bothersome during your consultation, ensuring it is specific to your individual needs.

Security Measures During Your Stay

All of our patient rooms are special, private suites. We regularly update the room specifications and furnishings, including the curtains, to maintain a luxurious, yet impeccably clean environment. Please feel assured of a comfortable and safe stay during your hospitalization.

Our clinic is fully secured with surveillance cameras installed for crime prevention. It covers both the interior (including the outpatient area, nurse station, newborn care areas, and patient floor hallways) and the exterior surrounding the clinic property. We have also contracted with a security company that provides a 24-hour emergency dispatch system. Since the SECOM Meguro branch is only one minute away by car, we can guarantee a rapid response in case of any emergency. To protect the safety and peace of mind of our patients and their families, we have closely consulted with the security company and installed alarm sensors and surveillance cameras both inside and outside the facility. In collaboration with security specialists, our clinic is committed not only to responding to incidents but also to implementing proactive measures and strategies to prevent issues before they occur.

Discharge Procedure

• Please plan for discharge by 11:00 AM.
• Payment of your hospitalization fees must be settled on the day of discharge.
• If your discharge day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, settlement must be made during outpatient hours on the preceding day.
• We accept cash, major credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, VISA, MasterCard, and JCB), and QUICPay.
  *In addition to payment at the reception desk, our clinic offers Smart Payment. With Smart Payment, you can return home immediately after your outpatient consultation without waiting to settle the bill.

Q	What should I do if I am unsure whether labor has begun?
A	The onset of labor varies among individuals. If you are concerned about the interval or intensity of your pain, please call the clinic immediately. A midwife will assess your situation and advise you on the appropriate time to come to the clinic.
Q	Can I be admitted at night or on holidays?
A	Yes, admission is possible at night or on holidays. If you are being admitted at night or on a holiday, please use the intercom on the Shuto Expressway side of the clinic to call the nurse station. Please note that for security reasons, entry from the clinic parking lot side is not permitted.
Q	Are there items I can purchase at the clinic?
A	Yes. Some essential items for your stay, such as baby underwear and diapers, are available at the clinic. Please be assured that if you find it difficult to prepare everything in advance.
Q	Can my partner or family stay with me?
A	Yes, it is possible. Accompanying adults may stay for 5,500 yen/day per person, and children (4 years and older) for 3,300 yen/day per person. Please enjoy this precious time with your family in comfort and security.
