Admission Procedure

Timing of Admission

Scheduled Delivery

Please arrive by 2:00 PM the day before your scheduled delivery date or by 8:00 AM on the day of delivery. The final decision on whether to admit the day before or on the day of delivery will be made during your most recent consultation with your doctor.

Admission After Onset of Labor

If you feel that labor has begun, please contact the clinic first. Our medical staff will provide guidance on the appropriate time to come in. The timing may vary depending on whether it’s your first delivery or a subsequent one. For first-time mothers, it’s common to come in when contractions are about 10 minutes apart; for those who’ve given birth before, when contractions are about 15 minutes apart. Please note that this is a general guideline.

• Maternal and Child Health Handbook
• My Number Card (or Health Insurance Card)
• Pajamas (3–4 sets)
• Underwear
• Spare maternity briefs (3–4 pairs)
• Nursing bras (3–4)
• Gauze handkerchiefs (2–3)
• Indoor slippers for hallway use (slippers for inside the room are provided by the clinic)
• Baby diapers
• Baby clothing (also available for purchase at the clinic)
• Baby’s going-home outfit
• Baby blanket
• Baby carrier
• Child safety seat if returning home by car
• Mobile phone charger
• Glasses or contact lenses

Upon arrival, our staff will assist you with transporting your belongings to your room.

• Towels (face towels, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats)
• Amenities (toothbrush, facial cleanser, makeup remover, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body towel, hand soap, hairbrush)

Delivery Set 

The delivery set includes items used by both mother and baby during and after delivery. The set costs ¥7,000 and contains:

• Monitoring belt for delivery
• Maternity pads (M and L sizes, 15 pieces)
• Maternity briefs (1 pair)
• Baby wipes (2 packs)
• Umbilical cord care set
• Umbilical cord storage box

入院中の産後エステサービス

産後に適切なケアを行うことで、体調を整え、疲れやすさや腰痛、体型の崩れなどの予防・改善が期待できます。当院では、産後ケアエステの資格を有している専門のセラピストによる、産後の骨盤への施術を含めた全身の産後ケアエステをご用意しています。心地よい施術で、骨盤まわりをやさしく整えながら、出産後の疲れを癒し、心身のバランスを整えていきます。少しだけご自身のための時間を。ほっと深呼吸できる、そんなひとときをお届けします。

Rebalance コース（90分）

頭から骨盤、脚のつま先まで、全⾝をしっかりマッサージしていきます。カウンセリング時にお伺いしたお⾝体で⼀番おつらい部分を重点的にマッサージし、お⼀⼈おひとりに合った施術をするオーダーメイドマッサージです。

入院中のセキュリティー対策

当院は、全室個室の特別なお部屋になっています。お部屋の仕様やカーテンは定期的に入れ替えを行い、高級感あふれる清潔なお部屋を維持しておりますので、安心してご入院ください。

また当院は、防犯対策として監視カメラを設置し（外来エリア、ナースステーション・新生児室まわりや、病室フロアの廊下などの院内と、院外のクリニック敷地周囲の両方）、万が一の際にも24時間駆けつける警備システム（SECOM 目黒支社から当院まで車で1分の距離にあるため、万が一の際にも迅速な対応が可能）と契約しています。患者さまとご家族の安心と安全を守るため、警備会社と綿密な打ち合わせを行い、院内および院外に防犯センサーと防犯カメラを設置しています。トラブル発生時の対応だけでなく、トラブルを未然に防ぐ工夫と取り組みを、専門家と協力して当院は行ってまいります。

Discharge Procedure

• Discharge by 11:00 AM on the day of discharge
• Settle any outstanding fees on the day of discharge
• If the discharge date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, payment should be made during the outpatient hours of the preceding day

Additionally, we offer a “Smart Payment” option, allowing you to leave the clinic without waiting for billing after your outpatient consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q	What should I do if I’m unsure whether labor has started?
A	If you’re uncertain, please don’t hesitate to call the clinic. Our midwives will assess your situation and advise you on when to come in.
Q	Can I be admitted during night time or holidays?
A	Yes, admissions are possible during these times. Please use the intercom on the expressway side to call the nurse station. For security reasons, entry from the parking lot side is not permitted.
Q	Are there items available for purchase at the clinic?
A	Yes, we sell baby clothing and diapers, among other items, at the clinic. You can purchase what you need during your stay.
Q	Can my partner or family stay with me?
A	Yes, they can. The fees for accompanying persons are ¥5,500 per adult per day and ¥3,300 per child (4 years and older) per day.

Our outpatient services operate by appointment.
When visiting, if you make a reservation via our web reservation system in advance, we can smoothly guide you. Even without a reservation, same-day visits are possible. Please feel free to come.
