For patients utilizing the Delivery Stay Plan, a potential schedule includes: being picked up at Shinagawa Station by our clinic’s dedicated vehicle on Tuesday or Friday, followed by admission that evening, with a planned delivery the following day (Wednesday or Saturday). Our staff provides careful support even for short stays.

Conditions/Requests for Safe Delivery
- The delivery period must be 37 weeks of pregnancy or later, and before 41 weeks.
- A final medical decision based on consultation at our clinic at 36 weeks of pregnancy (with referral letter) is mandatory.
- Suppose Fetal Screening is challenging to obtain locally. In that case, an ultrasound examination at our clinic around 30 weeks of pregnancy is mandatory (*If Fetal Screening was done locally, the result/referral letter is compulsory).
- The delivery date may be adjusted or postponed based on the condition of the cervix and fetal maturity.
If it is determined at the 36-week consultation that you are not fully prepared for delivery, you may be asked to stay at nearby accommodation until the delivery date is set.
Patients with pregnancy complications (e.g., hypertension, diabetes) may not be accepted for delivery at our clinic for safety management reasons. In such cases, we will provide appropriate guidance, including referrals to specialized medical institutions.

We address concerns such as “I feel anxious based only on photos,” or “I want to feel the atmosphere of the patient rooms, dining, and staff before giving birth,” by providing an opportunity to choose our clinic with confidence through an actual stay in a fully private room.
